At Comic Con, one of my favorite places in the world to people-watch, I spyed:

- Life-size Lego R2-D2, Darth Vader and Chewbacca
- Willy Wonka
- Two Jedis with Jack-in-the-Box heads
- Life-size Ugly Dolls
- My little ponys!
- More pirates than goths
- A girl covered in pantyhose material and not much else
- A ton of boys who looked like my cousin, but wasn't (Steven, where were you?)
- Some gorgeous and not-so-gorgeous artwork

I heard a little boy say, "I like this convention, mommy," but I couldn't find him in the crowd.

i spy with my little eye an overwight Green Lantern with a sock in his drawers.

(that's an old comicon sighting but it's still my favorite.)

Oh! I love the ComicCon! The hubby & went to the one in Novi, Michigan last year, and we are going again this year to promote our new horror mag--Theatre of Decay! (The hubby is a horror writer, and I, well, I make for a good editor, though you'd never tell it by the way I leave messages....)

But, yes, it is so much fun to people-watch at a ComicCon!

xoxo
